Multicultural Leadership Group

Starting Sept 22, 2011 drop in and volunteer on Thursdays after school till about 5:30 pm. Come when you can and leave when you have to.

Drop in to to the Quamichan Room in the Quw’utzun’ Cultural Centre (across the road from Super Store) after school on Thursdays. New people are always welcome and we always have food!

Recent News!

On Thursday May 3rd, Heather Fisher from Canada World Youth and Lori Austein from CIS did a wonderful job of engaging members of the Multicultural Leadership Group in learning about the Earth Summit, and sutainability. We all learned lots through video clips, demonstrations, games, and small group discussions about Making Trade Fair. Heather brought many examples of Fair Trade goods and we even got to eat the Fair Trade chocolate!  Mmmmm.
